This hotel is located in a vibrant area, with easy access to several very good restaurants. The rooms are clean and energy-efficient, with an excellent breakfast and great coffee. The front desk staff is friendly and helpful, providing outstanding service. The area feels safe for tourists to walk around at night and is easily accessible by cab.
The room service may be slow and communication may be a challenge if you don't speak Portuguese.

Comfortable room, good working desk, ample closet space, fast and stable internet. Small but well-maintained gym open at convenient hours. Typical Brazilian breakfast. Helpful staff. Close to shopping mall and metro station.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff were super friendly and helpful, making us feel very welcomed. The breakfast was great with plenty of options to choose from. The location of the hotel was ideal, as it was super close to Frey Caneca mall and near various city attractions. We also loved that it was in a fun area and close to the center of this sprawling city.
